If you already knew about it you would find that scene lame like your parents explaining to their friends what an internet meme was. Sometimes this show makes awkward references to the real world ex. Mayweather, Kim K, Clinton photoshop. Its just clunky and doesn't feel like it belongs on the show especially since there has been no visual presence of anyone from the real world other than the news anchors. I think it should all be in its own world.
Dude was cold and had no life. His life was Franks life. Still my favorite character. I would agree with you on his Strength, resourcefulness, reliability, focus, and bottom line approach. He made moves but left no time for pleasure.

Didnt he pay Rachel though? At the end of the day Scamper was an Employee. He had nothing to show for his work, his value was determined by Frank which went to ashes almost immediately when he started slipping. Thats the difference between him and Remy, at least Remy had the paper and the p*ssy, and the mental ability to operate independently. Scamper was better at his job when he was on but he had to sacrifice his own life to get the results he did.
