All three victims of alleged gunman Ronald Keith Sims were miraculously alive following the shooting early Sunday morning, TV station KHOU reported. Sims is charged with three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and aggravated assault of a family member.

Ronald Keith Sims is charged by Houston cops with with three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and aggravated assault of a family member.
A breakup turned bloody in Houston when a spurned ex-boyfriend held his former flame hostage before shooting her, her daughter and a family friend, according to a report.
All three victims were miraculously alive following the shooting early Sunday morning, KHOU-TV reported.
Simone Johnson, 27, left, and her mother, Brenda Johnson, 46. Both were shot early Sunday morning, but survived.
Brenda Johnson, 46, arrived home at 1:30 a.m. to find her bloodthirsty ex, identified by Houston cops as Ronald Keith Sims, waiting for her with a gun, cops said.
A neighbor told the network the nutjob had recently shown up trying to woo Johnson.

“He’d been coming by. He came by Valentine’s Day and brought her some candy. Today it’s a whole new story you know,” neighbor James Leviege told the news station.
Sims, 47, tied up Johnson and then her daughter, Simone, 27, cops said.

When a friend of Simone’s heard the ruckus he kicked in the front door, cops said. Once inside, Sims pointed a gun at the friend and demanded he come inside.
The friend made a run for it, and the gunman blasted him in the back, according to police.

The awful former boyfriend then shot Simone and Johnson in their heads, cops said.
Leviege ran over to help and came upon the mayhem.
“She was bleeding in the face and he was grabbing at her. And then he hit her in the face with a gun. I ran across the street to holler at him and he turned the gun on me,” said Leviege.
Sims made a run for it, but was caught about 5 a.m. Sunday.
He’s charged with three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and aggravated assault of a family member, cops said.
He’s due in court April 1.

He’s due in court April 1.
