What about academics. 
Texas & Oklahoma should study what happened when Boston college, Syracuse, Pitt, etc bolted for the ACC. Not everything is greener on the other side

It’s not the money it’s continuously going from being a top team in your conference to a middling in the middle of the pack in another conference. Texas & O.U are founding big 12 schools now they go to a conference where Bama & LSU is king? Even UConn realized it was a mistake

you will hear more rumors the closer we get to 2025 because the grants of rights ends that year. The big 10 and even pac 12 will also start to make moves on Texas and OU. Those two plus Norte Dame are the prizes.
