So some developers probably put that money in the mayors pocket to get to work. They been fukking with the homeless who hang around there for almost 2 years now. This is a part of that. They just started making them stop sleeping in front of the federal building like 2 streets from the Mayor's building. They still be lined up to get food across the street from the mayor's building and right by the library.
