Being a cop is readily available to everyone too. No reason there shouldn't me mostly Black cops or people that actually live in the community.

I’m all for getting rid of any racist ass piece of shyt cop but like most cases, there is always more to it. Guess nobody read the last paragraph of the post, huh? On top of that, we know our lives are in danger when we encounter cops so why is it so hard to be a law abiding citizen? There will always be outlier situations of course, though.

Your homeland probably doesn't have the systematic barriers that keep Black men from such roles.
Either way Black men in America need to do better in terms of controlling our communities.

There was a large group of black (allegedly) people on here celebrating a black man being killed over a bag of chips a few weeks ago.

Most jurisdictions and departments just started wanting to diversify their police force, and it’s out of necessity (cops retiring out) not the goodness of their hearts. It’s still plenty difficult to get a job as a cop if you’re black.
