Again, I don't foresee him changing unless he gets traded.Teams gave up too early on Shai and look at him now. It’s too early in his career.
Plus, the SGA trade was after his rookie year and not the same as Green who has had 4 to not get better.

I don't want the delay. Do whatever we can to get rid of him. He's fools gold on this team.Along the lines with what i said about Amen, by this all star break Jalen will be 24. Shai was averaging 31/5/5 on 51/35/90 at 24.
So while Jalen's career is still early as far as miles, it's not too early to start drawing conclusions about what he is and isn't.
He's 6'4 and would only not be a defensive liability at point guard... but lacks the facilitation skills for that role and isn't a reliable dynamic scorer either.
If he doesn't make significant leaps in those areas in this upcoming season (and i'm skeptical he will), then we're just delaying the inevitable with moving him.
They are a shell of themselves and again, all the focus needs to be on how much of a waste Green is for others development and offensive liability, I knew we weren't there yet but we will NEVER do anything big with him.
Not to say he won't grow into a great player. I mean, I believe he has so much feminine energy, he just needs to be traded, and the focus of his/her growth as a player will be revenge

Like I said before, he's got alot of feminine energy and he could be like a scorned hoe if we traded him and get much better. Either way, he won't get better on the Rockets and hopefully he isn't awful by the deadline, so we can trade him without having to give up muchLol there's no way in the world that Green is gonna come close to Shai. There were signs that Shai was going to be a star, the biggest was how vets like Lou Williams and CP3 were praising his work ethic and approach to the game before he took off. It was similar to how Byron Scott was praising Kobe in his rookie year. Green is a subpar defender despite his athleticism and he has low IQ in the half court offense just like Kuminga. And I hate to say it, but the whole Draya stuff shows a lot about where dudes head is.

It's not just his playoff performance. He's going into year 5 and we don't know if he will even average 20ppg. Kid is walking mediocrity. He has below average defensive ability and if we can't rely on him taking the next big step like his contemporaries, why keep him? If he doesn't take a big step this year, he will NEVER do it.I'm not including Green in any trade..take Bari Brooks landale and the 10th pick or kick rocks. Getting Durant makes Bari redundant. Y'all folks acting like this wasn't Green first playoffs. Acting like the Warriors didn't key their defensive game plan on stopping him first. He will learn from it and the key is surrounding Green with shooters so teams can't keep doing that in the future
He averages 20 for his career. His defense has improved. Light years ahead of where he was. And what contemporaries are you referring to? First time in the playoffs and he was the defensive focus of the warriors. There is a reason for that. They feared him. Don't even have to look far and can quickly see Cade Cunningham has eclipsed this lazy cat. He still has scrambled eggs for IQ and has stopped making awful shots but has NO offensive consistency. Only reason he is at 20 for career is for having green light for 3 years shooting. All his numbers besides games played are worse this year than year 2.He averages 20 for his career.
