How are some folks in the gym EVERYDAY, yet make ZERO gains?

That's me, but I've got a couple physical issues (neck, knee) that prevent me from going hard on the weights and on the cardio.

Hopefully, I can get these issues resolved and then I will level up afterwards. I just go to maintain what I have now.

Eating is trash. Its what happened to everyone in Marching Band. We were out there burning calories all day on the field and still fat, but we were in shape. Its the weirdest-prose. You cant just exercise 5 days a week and have a trash diet lol

Shyt hard as fukk to keep eating habits on point. Once you on you good tho

I can't gain weight easily so I bought some mass gainer too. To make sure I'm absolutely getting my protein and 3500 calories a day at least.
