I stayed in DE and went to few clubs in philly and saw some fly bytches...a lot of them were students from outta state. I went to some local bar and dipped real fast, mad ratchet and lots of guns were in that bytch.

Im past my fukking ratchet bytches days. Met a puerto rican bytch from north philly, she was a past stripper...4 year old daughter...all her cousins sold coke and she told me that only was ahe thought she could earn cash was through hussling.

Philly is like every other major city with a large black population.
50% dirty broke ratchet chicks , 25% bougie transplants/students, and 25% local dimes who most times bounce to Miami,Atlanta,or La to be industry chicks.

Excluding the students at the Universities, best chicks in Philly probably are in Mount Airy and maybe areas bordering Cheltenham like Wyndmore but it is still a mixed bag.

Meeting Black women in Philly is best done via Meetups, parties/friends, or Black cultural events. Clubs and bars are meh. All the times i went to a club i barely remember any stunners. Lunch spots around Center City or the hospitals during the week for professional chicks. Suburbs are typically pretty dead.
