That shyt was more mental games that anything else. Lebron wasn’t the strongest shooter but he definitely had the ability the knock down all those shots the spurs were giving him. It was like a jolt to his ego that the spurs were basically saying “you can’t shoot” and it got into his head. Son worked hard on his J and to see a team not respecting that probably threw him off.

Once he got over that you saw happened. He torched the fukk outta them in game 7...all J’s.

 

19yr old Lebron's shot selection was not that of vet Bron who was attempting to shoot more jumpers at that point in his career. In doing so and failing, Pop played far off Lebron with success.
