they faded away with the NY sound like alot of other vet producers

shame, Nasheim was so dope. i cant name more than 1 or 2 bad tracks from him, he had the grittiest sound. him and Ron Lawrence would do the dark album cuts, Stevie had the more melody driven popular sound, D-Dot was kind of the ringleader with mad hits under his belt. hes the only one thats even semi-active, but its usually Madd Rapper shyt. never cared much for Winans or Yogi

Sean C and LV came later, their best stuff came after that era

Trackmasters were nowhere near as big as The Hitmen. Just off the strength of Life After Death, No Way Out, and Harlem World alone. That's not even mentioning that LL Cool J and Jay Z tapped them to helm their albums that year. That's just scratching the surface because when you get to the hits:

I'll Be Missing You
It's All About The Benjamins
Been Around The World
Can't Nobody Hold Me Down
Mo Money Mo Problems
Hypnotize
Feel So Good
Tell Me What You Want

^^^ Several of them were #1's.

The Trackmasters ain't touching that.
