How Black People Can Be Christians Is Beyond Me (Christian Brehs How Y'all Keep The Faith?)

I used to be a Christian and I hate that I stopped being one only because I wish I could follow a higher power. However, how Blacks can be Christians is beyond me. I'm not judging you, but with all the events that happened to us what still made you hold faith? This is mainly my first year I experienced hatred and dislike towards me on a regular basis. I want to believe in a higher power and I believe there is one, but sometimes I feel like he don't like me back. It's truly hard to be Black in America. Yes, I'm a loner also who just has his parents. It sucks to have depression.

That's especially true in America where Christians are the majority and control everything. You pretty much have to be one (or at least say you are) to have a career in, say, politics.
