Shop at whole foods or trader joes. When in your local grocer, buy organic. Just be vigilant and don't buy anything with preservatives in it. It's not difficult.

Those are pretty rare cases.

Steve Jobs tried that alternative medicine diet shyt to cure his cancer but ended up dying.

Raw foods (greens, salmon, grains, etc.) contain anti inflammatory properties aka they can help the body heal faster. It's possible that their bodies were already fit enough to fight off them diseases in conjunction with only eating raw whole foods helped speed up the process.

That's why people who don't eat processed crap usually don't get sick as often as those who do.

But as far as something as serious as cancer, I doubt a raw food diet can just cure that shyt.

Eating healthier foods will make a body healthier to fight off and prevent disease. Whats healthier food? Really just foods that are still rich in nutrients. Our body needs a natural baselevel of these nutrients, therefore we have to get them on a consistent basis. Processed foods have been stripped of a lot of these nutrients.

For someone to say natural foods can actually cure something?

Thats like someone getting scurvy. Then claiming they found the cure for scurvy...brussel sprouts. Nah nikka. You gave yourself scurvy from not getting enough vitamin C. Then you started eating foods with vitamin C...now you no longer have scurvy. Thats not a cure.

As far as I'm concerned...the "healthy diet" shyt is what killed Steve Jobs. He would go weeks at a time eating nothing but carrots the shyt turned his skin orange. How is that healthy? How is your body going to operate at its max off of just carrots? All that weird shyt probably compromised the health of his pancreas to begin with, which gave him (or made him more susceptible) pancreatic cancer. And after he got sick, If he would have went with a normal course of medical treatment when he first started having health problems, he'd probably still be alive. Instead he thought he could fix it with food....and now his ass is in hell playing "words with friends" with Hitler.
