shyt if you looking for calories the chicken breast isn't the best thing anyway...
I'd recommend fatty meats if you're looking for calories...pork and beef..with the added benefit of plenty of protien

Grilled chicken sandwich and mashed potatoes with a lemonade for lunch.
Steak and vegetables, with dessert for dinner.

There's 4k calories.

One fast food meal

large fry from mc donalds 500
18oz coke or mtn dew 290
Fish sandwich 510 calories


Thats 1300 calories from a single meal with no snacks or anythings.

Nah, he can still build up without juice, he'll just have to lift big and heavy, low reps. If he's an ectomorph he'll def need to calories to gain anything.

When you think about it, a chews urged and a milk shake is 1000-2000 calories right there.

Breakfast could look like 6 pieces of bacon and a breakfast sandwich or a bacon cheese 4 egg omelet cooked in bacon grease and butter

Fried food dipped in sauces

Think cooking food in animal fat, sauces made from sugar and flour, meat and starches and butter.


Why do you want that many calories

What do you mean no "chicken breast and shyt". Are you retarded? You know how many calories you can get from lean meat, vegetables, and fruits? And on top of that you would need to double your intake. Meaning double the food you eat when it comes to breakfast, lunch, dinner, and mid-night snack.

You cannot rely on junk food you fool. My brother (who is a trainer) told me if you are going to eat junk food to gain weight that's consider dirty bulking. I had to cook home meal food for my ex boyfriend because he lift weights so I know what to cook for him.

If you don't work out you will never gain weight since you're skinny. It's not that hard to gain weight. The hard part is losing weight.
