Most companies these days usually put them on a website where you can access them electronically but it still all depends on when your HR dept decide they will post them. From my experience, you just have to wait on them

Talk to accounting. they have them just haven’t done the official release. if you use theADP app it lets you download w2s

Yeah I did mine online and would just use the last paystub . Always filed like the first week of January lol

The only things on your W-2 that aren't on your last paystub are the numbers that correspond to the fields on your return. When you get your W-2, compare it against your stub and you'll see it yourself. Once you know the corresponding info on your stub, you can use it instead.

that might not be correct though. My company does a year end adjustment where they do small credits to square the books. That doesn’t show up as a paycheck.

Won't matter unless that increases your income to another bracket or you itemize deductions.​

Yep. Unless you have deductions...most places will tell you you can bring this as an alternative.
