How can people work for temp agencies?

Unless its temp to hire why waste ya time they know the hiring pool they deal with and will find ways to fukk you out ya money

Got 'let go' from my previous permanent job so I needed a quick solution, the company name and job title will look good on my resume tho but damn scary as hell knowing it can be months until i find a real job my interview skills are so i get rejected a lot.

Man I remember working night shifts at a factory packing spices. Gaw damn I would never do that shyt again. But then I had to. Got nothing but respect for people that swallow their pride just to make ends meet. I remember those shifts whenever I need motivation to work harder.

fukk what y'all talking about, I do temp work now... I come in when I want to, go to the jobs I want to, get hours when I feel like it... Many of the full time workers beg me to be up in there full time... I just have a job & other shyt to do so I do temp work on the side for extra money, I don't have time to dedicate to these places... Plenty people get hired on full time from temp work...

Temp work in the Aviation mechanic trade is the shyte to a lot of people. Lots of bonus pay stuff going on. Its not for me but those that do swear by it. Plus its a good thing starting off to get experience of different airplanes. And those IT guys have that Robert Half agency I hear they are cool to work for.

Temp agency jobs are not "beneath" me, done plenty the work life balance the shifts the politics and seeing the "lifers" is what I didnt like. the $ is quick and you can use the skills in other jobs

Breh when you can walk in the door & they know you work hard you can pick where you go... You don't gotta be tied to the same place every day just be like "Nah I don't wanna go there today"... Some dudes work the temp full time just because they don't wanna go to the same place every day... I generally work in hotels breh ... Young brehs can feast out here...
