It's just timing. The rap game is leaderless like the NBA when Jordan left before Kobe took over or the heavyweight division before Tyson stepped up. Right now Kendrick and everyone he mentioned are all batting for the belt but none of them is an all-time top 10 great. Eventually someone will emerge to capture the throne again and be undisputed champ.
