Because Jive owns the rights. The others are held by her uncle. Bunch of timbaland's shyt ain't streaming for the same reasons.

her other albums as well as some the timbaland & co compilations were on blackground records which went through a series of sales and their music is now owned by some overseas company that won't release it. no new prints, not on streaming, can't buy on digitally, etc. one of the WOAT moves in music history
