Lol. Canada does have drug bosses. Not only does canada have drug bosses, but a lot of dudes from the states go up there to make moves cuz shyts slower up there.
Only thing canada doesn't have? A war on drugs. Canada isn't tryna make money off of drug addicts and oppressing black people, so canada doesn't use scare tactics and propaganda to scare the citizens into thinking that drugs are some billion dollar problem that they need to spend tax dollars fighting.
