How come Justin Credible doesn't have full Kliq membership?

Didn't bring enough of those piff ass Olive Garden breadsticks to the Kliq meetings 
There were only so many bags to carry breh, and you can only fit five people in a rental car 
Justin was scott hall's boy, and once Scott dipped to WCW he pretty much fell thru the cracks.
Justin Credible just doesn't have Credibility enough to be Kliq'd up at the Olive Garden. Now he should serve me my unlimited breadsticks, I need to eat!

Here's the real story, this is a coli exclusive folks.
To be part of the Kliq, you had to have some stroke in the biz. Scott Hall was in ECW and his boy promised Scott a World Title Run, with him winning the belt in a triple threat Philadelphia Barbed Wire street fight between Scott, Steve Corino, and The Sandman. Unfortunately Peter couldn't deliver and now I see him once in a while asking me if I want additional breadsticks instead of asking me to escort him down the isle during a Pay Per View. Paul E later said Peter pitched the idea but he turned it down because he feared how Extreme the Kliq could be.
