how come mike dunleavy jr can be in the nba and Adam Morrison cant

Dunleavy can shoot, run, and got some size.

Morrison slow, can't shoot.

Morrison lost what little quickness he did have after he tore his ACL and missed his second season. But he never showed the ability to even be a spot up shooter either. Something Dunleavy is able to do along with being a decent passer ball handler and rebounder. All things he does much better than Morrison, which is why he has had over a decade plus run while Morrison flamed out in four.
