Imo it's not about auto-tune, it's about using these effects correctly.
Look at Bon Iver, both of their albums are highly rated and their third will be as well.
Or Daft Punk and from what I see Fetty Wap is doing it pretty well, not just singing some bs and adding effects to make up for his weak voice.


Reverb/auto-tune is cool but imo hard to use without it being wack, but some people pull it of .
