Yea I’m one of those that’s when I see so many “Top 50 rappers” lists out there that doesn’t have Tech N9ne on them, even if he’s straight up better than some of the other cats on them

Aside from the lyricism and longevity, dude was killing live shows, headlining full on tours with complete stage sets, and making millions off merch before all of this became the norm, as it is right now. A true trendsetter.

Some heads and blogger types love to praise certain rappers who are “outside the box” and “off kilter” and even “weird,” yet Tech doesn’t get respected for being all of that as well
