Depends on what you consider Anglo-Saxon names?

If you consider names like David, Jeffrey, John, Victor, Patrick, etc. Then yes, these names are common in Africa from my experiences. I can tell you Africans tend to be more religious so it's very common to see people with Christian or Muslim names. Of course you have those who are more traditional and give their kids African names.

Not common. Unless they are a church going christian than they will have a christian name. Nothing like Chad or Bob, it'll be one of the disciples typically. Paul, John, Mark, etc.

It's common if they are from certain countries. Many also have Portugese and Spanish names. You all keep forgetting many African countries were colonized and also former slaves from US and Caribbean went back to Africa. Research and don't use coli logic.

No. They're typically first names or middle names.

As much as you like to think Africans like to be completely traditional with domestic names, religion tends to have more saying than you realize.

Even my name for example. I'm African, but my name is completely Arabic because I'm from a Christian majority country with Muslim minority(Ghana) . And this is common among everyone else where I'm originally at.
