:dead:@ Rand's voting record.
:ohlawd:The consistency.
Yeah his record is pretty consistent.

There is a reason that most libertarians are white males, because the “leave me alone coalition,” as Paul calls it, conveniently wishes to be left alone with all of the advantages they’ve accrued over generations of white male supremacy, to “call it even” now that they’re standing on third base.
:wow:

Dope chart @DEAD7 what are your thoughts on this?

I feel like Rand's party loyalty skews exactly how "conservative" he really is..no way someone can convince me a clown like palin is more liberal than he is. I always liked Huntsman too fwiw.

That article is a joke... but it doesnt matter.
:ufdup:The policies he's advocating will do more for blacks than anything else being pushed by anyone on either side, period.

Dems and Rethugs IMHO are one in the same, and it really comes down to us(the people) vs the state(corporatist). :manny:
Libertarians being necessarily anti-state continue offer the best(not perfect) policies IMHO and should really receive more minority support.
He could be a raging raicst in his personal life, where a white hood and all that... but if he's gonna get in office and move the nation closer to ending the drug war, ending perpetual war abroad, and removing the state from marriage, etc. I support him.

He's against 90% of thing niqqas complain about on this board everyday, while the other potential candidates represent more of the same, and ...:shaq2: Nevermind :snoop:You're just gonna counter with "he's racist".

The sooner you guys realize that they are all racist, and that singling one out and letting him go down for it aids them the better.

I think the conservatives in the middle, and the liberals in the middle are the problem. They all compromise to please their corporate donors IMO.
I favor "extremist" on both ends... the Pauls and the Warrens for example. They legistlate from ideological/principled positions, not concern over their financial future.

That said, i think its interesting that Rand who is easily the most conservative legislatively, is extremely liberal on social issues... kind of shows that conservative isnt code for bible-thumping-gay-hater.

I respect that..kinda feel the same way. I was on the Christie wagon a long time ago (have since cooled on it), cosign Rand and Huntsman (easily my fave 3 out of those). Im not down with Bachman though, at all. Picking a 4th isnt easy for me..I dont mind Huckabee actually...thats gonna catch flack but i dont think his evangelism would be a factor in the white house. Hes generally reasonable to me and is likable.

I like Huntsman, but he isnt really "likable". Dems would have to drop the ball completely to lose to him.

Hes great but just isnt electable nor does he have enough charisma. Its unfortunate because hes qualified and is pretty good on most issues. I do think he is likable..he just doesnt have that aura about him that projects president..plus he keeps himself out of scandals and controversies so his name recognition is really low. Behind a strong candidate, he'd be a solid VP or cabinet member though.
