Auburn is 85% white
One of my friends been giving me shyt cause they're going to Tuskegee(87% black)
I understand the black professors and being around more black people, that's nice and all, but other than more black friends I truly don't see any other benefit in that after college. If they end up being just as broke as me tryna teach some kids in a school with terrible pay.
Mixed in with all the shyt I've heard about HBCUs and how bad they are ran and managed. I couldn't handle it, from sometimes there not being hot water, the staff having attitudes and the technology being a few years back. Nah nah
In a school with so many white people I'll get to know the black people though, it's inevitably gonna happen unless I was trying to not interact with them.
I'm not saying all HBCUs are bad, but just from what I heard about them I wouldn't go. Just seems like too much struggle just because I'll be around and get to know more black people. If you plan on starting a business or something and want to work with only or mainly black people I understand, but I wanna be a teacher and there ain't no damn way ima have any power like that my first years
.
And,
Auburn: $49,404
Tuskegee: $63,447
Auburn $14,043 cheaper.
And I mean, being around a bunch of middle class-upper middle class southern bred white girls can't hurt too bad, unless they on that "black boys are scary" shyt.
Especially the girls in Auburn

Not to mention that $14k is a lot to save.
shyt on HBCU threads.
Best you head to Auburn and get started on your journey as a token. You already have an affinity for white girls so you'll be fine
And
at people killing the OP for not going the HBCU.
at going to college in South. No diversity whatsoever.
but better men have run the gauntlet and ended up with egg on their face.
