Miami - Always has a decent blue collar like fan base going back to the days of Ronny Seikaly. Soon as Bron got there these white linen pecan pie faced mothafukkas started showing up to the games making shyt hot for regular people trying to score tickets...Only fanbase I can recall that would leave games that were still in question then try to get back in the building when their team came back

nikkas still act like ONLY Heat fans leave games early?
as someone who has been to Heat games, how Heat games look on TV is very deceiving.

It's not that they don't draw. They do. Those upper decks at AAA tend to be packed. It's that the lower concourse stays packed with people where the concessions are, so it looks empty as fukk sometimes. That and a lot of people leave early to do other shyt on a nice Miami night.

Bad bytches in white jeans all in that main concession area. You'll be down there like "hurry up the game bout to start up aga-- :noah: what game?"

I am a Heat fan and I am not mad at Bron for leaving...best four years of ball I have watched as a Heat fan and two championship. Hopefully we retire his number.

How are the two years they lost in the finals better than 2005-2006??

Real talk, I'll take 96-97 and 04-05 over those years.

I went to a playoff game when they played Philly this year in April and I remembered the arena packed. I get it can be deceiving on tv but alot of people come in late

Plus it's easy to see empty seats because the seat colors are so vibrant

and regulars go to the lakers game:gucci:

yeah they do.

i do notice though that a lot of muhfukkas don't know shyt about the laker fanbase and always try to downplay. Even a lot of the rich folks in the crowd have been season ticket holders since the 80s and are true diehards of the team.

There are no casual Laker fans. We sucked the last 4 years and attendance was still about the same (slight dip from like 100% capacity to 97%), stars still showed up, prices were still the same (they actually raised the prices), ratings were still better than other teams, and the fans were still passionate about the team. Laker fans aren't "coming back" now that Bron is here. We're just welcoming some temporary fans from the Bron stanbase :manny:

...Because I'm a Heat Fan? :manny:

That being said, I don't fault him for leaving. I fault Riley refusing to go through a complete rebuild after Bron left and us being stuck in the NBA Equivalent of "Midcard Hell" for the next... 3 or so seasons because of it.
