What do you think would be the ideal scenario to meet a partner based on the options in that video?

College. Becoming more independent, often away from parents and you get a chance to see how the other lives. The pool is also pretty wide.

My first instinct was to say college. But you're so young at that point. So it's hard.
Ehh, that’s relative. not sure the delay in marriage/child rearing is helping anything. The COL is out of hand at every age bracket. Best to find someone jr/sr yr of college or in grad school. Ride out your broke 20’s together, get married around 26-30 and keep building.
