She’s a legit narcissist. I’m not even mad at her, just very disappointed.

I wouldn’t bother, trying to expose a narcissist is like chasing your tail. They’ll gaslight, move the goalposts, do whatever to avoid taking accountability and then flip it onto you. Women are very effective at it especially in today’s social climate.

How can we be sure you arent the problem then,with all du respect. Most people are narcissit to a degree but dont realize it. So maybe you are both narcissit and you dont like that she gets better results. Something to take into consideration.


As a man its your job to be womans psychologist. You have to learn how to manipulate them to be better versions of themselves. What are some things you would do if your child showed signs of being all about themselves and unempathetic?


Stop the tantrum- as soon as you call her out and she starts going crazy,stay calm. "Whoa whoa whoa,why are you throwing a tantrum? Your a grown woman now,lets use our big girl words and practice some emotional intelligence. Your too intellectual for this(even if shes dumb)"


Youve now planted a seed in her subconcious. Everytime she acts like a child,she will now have the self awareness and feel shame when she figuratively falls out on the floor.

Give her treats- Tell her you want to take her to dinner or shopping. Because you had been noticing some narcisstic traits lately. But she has been doing much better and your glad shes working on it(even though she hasnt). This is Pavlovs dog and the power of suggestion rolled into one.
