It's not too much of a stretch to believe an ex special forces guy who looks to be at least 200lbs and in decent shape can handle himself against dudes he mostly catches off guard. Certainly more believeable than Charlize Theron and Scarlett Johanneson putting the beats on dudes who've got 50+ lbs on them.
