How did Master P get away with biting Pac so hard?

So I'm listening to old No Limit albums for the first time, and the way Master P bit Pac so hard is crazy .Like his verse on "Only the Strong" survive



is just so damn blatant. The way he said "can you feel me", "penitentiary", and "fukk the police", asking God about why his little brother died, the words he uses.

I'm young so school me on this, how did he get away with biting Pac, a fallen martyr that hard? Was it mainly kids supporting Master P? People in the South who didn't care about Pac?

He (master p) hasn't / didn't get away with "biting" PAC. shyt there has been countless of threads about master p biting not just PAC but others as well. I'm sure the bay area brehs can speak on that more. "Hottie hoo" was something he stole as well.....

i think p gets a pass cause everybody was dikkriding pac around that time, and because p was the first cat in rap to do a lot of shyt, like prepaid phones, rush cards, sneakers, his own movie studio, clothing labels, book distribution, sports agency, etc.
