Yea that’s sort of what the mix I’m talking about taste like cause that’s the combo we use in NYC.

But we never gave the sauce a name instead we name all the sauces in the combo. Might be the same along all the other east coast cities?

I couldn't say but DC dropped the ball. Anytime I hear about the city I hear about this mumbo/mambo sauce but you'd think the shyt is banned outside the area. It should've been a company out there pushing it to become a mainstay like sriracha, Nashville hot, etc
