All this shyt is

Everytime. This nikka didn’t do shyt magical but work out for damn near 2 years.

nikkas talking about “natural muscle” and his weight but hardly step in the gym themselves and never had a job where working out was a part of your paycheck.

Did he cheat, who knows. There isn’t any proof that said otherwise. But 1-2lbs a month for 18 months is not impossible if you know what you are doing…

Then, there is the cutting part specifically for the movie. They cut up like boxers actually do too, for those shirtless scenes

And if you're bulking/cutting cycles with around 6k clean calories a day then something is going to change on you. Your appearance will change drastically.

nikkas never done it though so it must be impossible. The fastest you even put on muscle is in the beginning, but dudes don’t know that either.
You also got people who never done it suggesting he achieved it by eating 375 grams of protein a day. Everyone saying he’s doing it natural isn’t using logic either.

Who said that?

And we know what he ate… they told us. 6000 calories a day is 3x’s the average persons daily calorie intake.

So.. we can all agree that you could even get fat/fatter with just 2-3k calories, right? Especially if they don’t do jack shyt.

So imagine what happens when someone with the resources is eating 6k clean-ish calories a day, while lifting heavy and still doing mild cardio…

They come out looking similar to him you would think, right?

This isn’t even difficult shyt… and yes, I have put on 20+ lbs in a year or more. Specifically when I was trying to play college football and I had a specific set of numbers to reach that required I get to a certain size/weight to push it.

Kobe put on like 20lbs in a summer

I’m not digging back but it was absolutely said in this thread as 1,500 calories a day of straight protein.

As far as MBJ I personally don’t think that his physique from where he was to Creed 1 in 18 months is impossible with all the factors involved. If he had help would I be surprised…..not at all. Do I really “care”…….not at all.

Well thats just unrealistic…

At that point youre probably wasting protein… shytting or pissing it out unless it was mixed into solid foods as an addition or something.

But no.. thats not logical.

And I agree with the rest of your post as well. If I remember correctly, you’re a real gym breh so I think we have similar thoughts on this.

I personally doubt it just based off the looks and who he is, but I wouldn’t be too surprised if he did use it though and I still wouldn’t care.

you can see he already started lifting.
Not only that but breh had unlimited resources, started off already lean as well.
A lean bulk for 12 weeks aggressive cut for 8 weeks rinse and repeat and start filming at 12% bodyfat on maintenance calories this isn't impossible

this is the land of the fats where 250 pound women in girdles classify as thick. can’t try to make sense with them man.

I’ll add that years ago I hired a nutritionist after dieting weigh down to bulk. I can’t remember numbers but we worked together for three months and I put on a noticeable amount of muscle and not much fat. I’m not going to act like I was ever the most ripped but if I made those gains with an online coach, and 1-2 sessions a week with a PT (combined with PHAT) then MBJ with his resources and 18 months could do what he did.

Everyone is taking sides and MBJ for the period we are talking about is splitting hairs honestly. If nothing else he had a pretty long runway. These guys saying 20 pounds in 4 months for X role are selling ducktales.

Definitely

People got to consider his resources. They aren’t like ours, more on the lines of a professional athlete.

And I’m pretty sure he had a nutritionist. I think I watched a vid a long time ago with him explaining how he prepared. But it was just in passing.

A nutritionist can literally make a lot of difference in just ordinary peoples lives. Chick I’m interested in talking to got one and lost a ton of built up, stubborn babyweight. Thats without a trainer.

And 18 months is a long fukking time if you putting in 2-3 hours every other day or something. Like I said before, people really don’t comprehend time.

If 8 hours of his day was dedicated to his body, 5x’s a week for a year and a half like a job… expect some significant changes. Your physique is based off genetics, nutrition, and how much time you spent in the gym/on the grind. Resting is a part of that because thats when you grow and when the protein is supposed to do its job.
