Serious question. . Like when I look up a destination all of the prices from all of the airlines come to me with the click of a button..

How was this information relayed to travel goers people before the 90s?

travel agents. You went to a travel agent and they gave you a price....or you call airline/go to the airport.

These websites we use now are basically just computerized travel agents.

I just remember as a youngster before 9/11, you could walk all around the airport. If you took a somebody to the airport to drop them off, you could go all the way up to the terminal/gate with and sit with them until they boarded. Now you can't even get past the baggage part.
