And the crazy thing is, the originals sounded good. I dont know how R U Still Down, Until The End Of Time, & Better Dayz turned out so much better than those last 2

If you look at all of the factors it seems to be they didn't handle his music well during that time period. The climate of hip-hop was changing, after Better Dayz was when we saw the south gain more of a prominent position in the game. They clearly didn't realize that Tupac's brand of music became successful because he did just that . . he made a brand of music. The way a Tupac record is mixed sounds different than the way a Dr. Dre record was mixed - even when coming out of the same studio and using the same mastering engineer. There's a signature to Tupac's brand of music and they strayed too far away from it. They'll know to do better now, they've hopefully realized that music is timeless and the originals only needed some work to flesh them out to the direction they were being taken.

man I loved Pac's life when i was a younger...

was pissed as a youngin tht it was only 1 verse :damn:

had the interview talkin bout BIG and the shootin on it back in the day
