They wanted to go all in on live services. :manny:. It's going to blow up in their faces and Ghost recon was just the start. This live service assassin's Creed they got in the works will not go down the way they want with the fans

I didn't hear anything about it being cancelled but wouldn't surprise me. It's a shame cause BG&E 2 was something Ive been wanting since beating the first one when it came out. To answer your question, greed. Ubi is about getting as money as they can out of a series. Oh well if it was really cancelled. They were going to use it to exploit fans of the series anyways:yeshrug:

They got a handful of botches the last few gens. People forget how hyped up stuff like Watch_Dogs and The Division were when announced. Both are basically dead franchises for years at this point. BG&E 2 looked way too ambitious in what they showed. Never believed it would ever come to pass with or without Ancel.
