First I was angry as hell, dissociated with white ppl as a whole
Then sadness because I realize in my lifetime we will not be close at all to a solution
Then optimistic after I realized the true connectedness of black ppl I saw we are the only group who truly sticks together
No I grew up in a suburban neighborhood, only black kid blah blah blah.
My parents used to make me do monthly bio reports on black inventors teachers and overall leaders. I hated doing it growing up
