I remember one year I went insanely hard in the gym and finally got those steel, unsustainable abs. Then winter came right along and I literally had no reason to show them off. Had a girlfriend at the time and she was the only viewer. I ended up eating my way out of those abs right before summer hit too

Gave up on them ever since.


Moral of the story: Heaux can always see your arms and chest. Do some curls and push ups brehs

A) increase confidence and swagger (you know you're strong/the hot shyt)


B) Help make sure that sexual/visual attraction will never be an issue (when she's having sex with you, shes actually turned by how you look, not in spite of it). She won't think of someone else more attractive than you, or be lurking as much.

If you really are trying to show off, you can pull a lot of p*ssy posting thirst traps on FB,IG, and Tinder with shirtless pics that show off your abs (Pause). nikkas gonna hate but these hoes are thirsty out here and you can flourish with social media if you’re in shape.


Then when it gets warmer you can flex on social media and in person.

Up until recently my abs always showed naturally but I'm slim so wasn't really any reason to show em off. For the past year I just been doing pushups and curls.
