How do all these pro-black conferences on the black agenda help us?

It was a conference last month, two this past weekend and a few noted upcoming conferences. Outside of the creator's making money what exactly do these conferences accomplish?

Same thing protesting does, absolutely nada.

Unless you have the money to start a successful business with negros it's nonsense

Conferences are whatever you make of them.

If you go there and don't talk to anybody, they're useless.

If you go there and network with people, you can make things happen together.

It's more about getting us all on the same page. Before the conference someone could've been apathetic towards black empowerment, then afterwards they had a much different attitude towards building with other black people.

Protesting absolutely does work.

The problem is people don't protest with their pocket books.

Black people are the only people not allowed to gather and discuss issues affecting them.

If you are not being brainwashed by music or drugs, something is wrong.
