How do I approach this West African girl at my job?

At my job there's this really cute West African girl ( I don't know her ethnicity but she has nice sugar brown skin with some nice titties and ass ) that often hangs out with another social group (which consists of other Africans ) and I am a few cubicles away from her but I always stare at her when I got the chance. One time she noticed me staring at her and she gave me a quick smile. Another time I was talking to one of the Mexican help in Spanish and she came by and asked me what my ethnicity was since apparently "I looked white but not hispanic". I told her I was Spaniard more specifically from Madrid and she was very impressed she told me she would like to go to Spain there and it would be nice if I toured her around. That was two weeks ago. I noticed she's been looking a little lethargic lately and been giving me that unapproachable vibe. So what should i do guys? I don't want to rub her the wrong way and make her turned off from me.
