This won't work without actions, you can tell yourself that shyt all day but if you ain't about that action, nothing will happen. Your brain knows when you're bullshyting, you're giving yourself these affirmation without any real life feedback, so its just gas. That shyt will keep you moving for a while but it evaporates.
