You got a beer belly? It might be some type of nerve compression... If you can walk and work without pain, and only feel pain while lying down.... it seems like a nerve(s) is being triggered...

You may want to keep doing the back extensions, and start doing some exercises to strengthen your core and invest in a highly reputable chiropractor.....

Stretch a few times a day and do deadlifts with light weight. Squats and calf raises help as well. Anytime I've gotten lower back pain that always does the trick...If it's a legit injury then go to a doctor.

decompress your shyt, put your hands on two sturdy but kinda high surfaces like you're gonna do dips, but hold yourself up using upper body strength alone and let your lower body go loose as possible, twist your hips back and forth while keeping your upper body firmly in place till you feel some pops
