Eat proteins and veggies only and do an hour and a half of cardio a day.. but don't do the same cardio everyday or else your body will get too used to it and you'll stop burning calories.. one day ride a bike, the other day do some running, the next day do the elliptical, etc.. DONT starve yourself homie you just gonna end up slowing your metabolism and you gonna stop losing weight eventually what you wanna do is eat maybe only 1,300 calories or so for a few days then pig out for one day before going back to 1,300 just to keep your metabolism the same..
