I'm learning Reason slowly but surely. I have Reason 9.5 and midi controller.

I'm using Redrum for the Drum Kit samples I've downloaded (Southside kit, Metro kit etc) but can only trigger the original 808 sample.

As you all know, the 808s jump up and down in music and I used to be able to play my samples on the keys on my Fantom.

Anyone know how I play my 808 samples on the keys?

I don't use reason...

But you can Ioad it into nnxt which allows for pitch mapping....

Find out the original pitch of your 808.... you can use a tuner or just play along on your keyboard with a sine wave.

Then assign that to its key in NNXT and map it across the different keys.

You should have pitch button on most of the redrum 8 slots.
