Use imgur.com.
Click on the cloud with the up store and it'll let you upload from device then select documents and look for the pic and upload it on there. When you see the pic click on link and select the one that says direct link. Then copy that web address and come here and next to the smiley icon is the image one. Paste the address on there and voila.
