How do we feel about this "Footsteps in the Dark" cover?

I like the instrumental and overall vibe, but I feel like the lead singer lacks the soul and power to really pull it off. Song is about infidelity and betrayal yet she's singing it like it's about taking a nice stroll on the beach lol.

Cannons version sucks imo, and quite frankly that girl has no right to be covering that song and the talent of the band makes it even more obvious.
