How do y’all Deal with c00ns in the workplace?

It seems almost every job that has black employees, that has at least one c00n (sometimes in a manigerial position).

I understand It's one thing to try and get ahead and be the best at what you do, but don't be selling out your own ppl to do so

I ignore them. There's a few at my job that stay acting like they don't see me when I'm walking down the hall or something. They'll do that fake looking down at the ground and then lift head up when they walk past act .
