Yes there is, but I don’t know how it’s with US regulations. I am living overseas.
What if I'm a citizen of another country living in the US?
That’s complicated. There’s something called the Internet Governance, these are extended territorial laws to each region and country. So it depends on what country and or region you live in, or you of which are a citizen (pay taxes).
As of now you live on US territory. You have to ask this question to the embassy of your native country.
