It used to be easy in the past when we had usercp.
Now this is what I do. I click on my username on top left. Go to user smilies.
Copy and paste the url of the smiley in "Image Replacement Url" and type in what I want to call the smiley in 'Title'. Click save changes and then nothing happens.
What am I doing wrong?
