How do you deal with snitching ass coworkers?

I have never had problems with my coworkers until i started this job i have now. At my previous jobs i mostly worked with black people, but the majority of my coworkers here are Mexican. All of my other coworkers were real tight with me and still am till this day.

When i first started out here, on my literal 2nd day I had mfers snitch on me to the manager talking bout "I'm not carrying my weight" nikka its my 2nd day here...idk what I'm even supposed to be doing yet :dahell:

I just got snitched on again today. One of my supervisors pulled me to the side and told me the same shyt today. I was legit baffled. I do all my work, i don't complain about shyt, keept to myself, and am here all the time. Me and my homie at my job were confused as fukk.

I really hate that p*ssy ass shyt. If I'm doing something wrong...just tell me to my face. I could understand if people had stepped to me before and told me about anything i was doing, but thats never happened. None of the people here have ever told me shyt...they just go immediately snitch to someone higher up. shyt like this is why I keep to myself and dont even try to socialise with any of these people :beli:

I really wanted to cuss out my coworkers but imma just wait until 2 weeks when I quit to do it. Gunna be hard to bite my tongue though :martin:

They're trying to push you out of your job.

You have to build a network of people who speak good about your work to drown them out.

That means, stop being so quiet. Make friends with the right people. What supervisors could you be on friendly terms with? Who has your supervisor's ear that you could become friendly with?

Also, go to your supervisor and ask him directly what he/she feels you could improve on. Ask for a meeting with them. Don't complain about the snitch, just let them know you like working at your job and want to grow. That's not saying you're doing anything wrong, don't cop to making any mistakes, just use the meeting for face time so your supervisor knows who you are and will watch you for themselves. The only reason a snitch works is because the supervisor doesn't know you themselves and so they rely on 3rd party information. You have to eliminate the 3rd party interference by creating a direct line of communication between you and your supervisor so they won't rely on the voice of others.

It's all politics and unfortunately at work you have to play that game. You don't have to tell your business to people but you have to get to know them, let them know what you want them to know about you to promote yourself at work and "play" nice.

What kind of work do you do?

They can only snitch if they know your business.

Keep your shyt documented, what they say, do, told to do and all that. They're gearing up to get you run out of there and get one of their own to fill that position.

Keep that shyt professional. You're paid to be there to work, not to yuck it up and make friends. Don't let them rock you to sleep so they can put the pillow over your head. They're really gonna try to get you caught up, don't give them any leeway to do so.

Black people always make the mistake of being a loner at work, I don't get it. How many times do you have to be pushed out of your jobs for you to understand? The only safe way to be a loner is in get into Nursing because you have to document and chart everything you do, that way you can cover your own ass rather than it be some he said she said bullshyt.
