How do you deal with Supervisors/Horrible Bosses?

damn the fact yall the same race might be a little harder.....

but document everything....because that anger is gonna build and youll explode ....trust me....Ive really came close too choking my manager out...im not even bsing....it was a demon inside of me about to unleash....ppl think shyt is sweet until u snap on them

The best defense is a good offense.

Leave nothing unsettled. Make them be the boss/manager/supervisor.

If they say something that you don't understand, ask them to clarify right then.
Make them tell you how they want work done, so you can avoid skirmishes about that.

Bring up old stuff. Shout out to the foks who said "document everything". If they step to you on
some "why are you doing this this way?" then you can tell them "because this is how you told me
to do it (cite the previous time)..." This way, they know you keep track of what they say, and you no punk beesh.

I try to ignore as best I could or go keep myself busy. What's worse is when they make horrible decisions or act like they actually know what they're doing.
